Job Description

You will be responsible for:

Wage & Salary Administration:

  •  Preparations of the gross salary breakup of the new joiners.
  • Solving Salary Discrepancies raised by the employees and collecting the Attendance Sheets from different sites and factory for preparing salary for 500+ employees (Staff, On Roll Workers & Contract Workers).
  • Preparing a consolidation of working hours.

Time Management:

  • Every day Cross Checking the employee attendance in Bio-matric device (ESSL) and generating the employee attendance report like late coming.
  • Assign the leave for each employee.
  • Updating the Leave.

  • Muster roll and Leave Records – Supervising activities of the Time Office and maintenance of RO and leave records, necessary for processing payrolls of employees.
  • Evolving systems and processes for ensuring 100% Statutory Compliances are in place as required by various Industrial and other Labour Laws i.e. E.P.F. Act, Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, BOCW Act, IMSW Act, WCP, CAR Policies

Regular follow-up for the Statutory compliances
