Established by Mr. S.K. Peter with ten employees.
Interior Fit-out works by IDBI & UTI Banks at various locations across South India.
Moved to larger interior for Caterpillar, Sundaram fastners, iflex, Royal Sundaram.
Constructed 20000 Sq.ft. of new office space.
Undertook first large GC project with Cognizant worth 21 crores.
Introduced the Real Estate Vertical
Handled ZOHO Chennai’s GC works worth INR 110 Crore
Bangalore Office Established
Won the 300 crore composite works project from Kone.
Introduced the Property Development Vertical.
Interior GC model contract of 1 million awarded by Ford.
Awarded by Indian Oil Corporation at Chennai.

MR. S. K. PETER
MD & CEO
Mr. S.K. Peter started as a procurement manager at an interior contracting company back in 1994. As a first-generation entrepreneur he started small but at an ambitious pace & delivered impeccable quality work. What started as a small ten-member team soon transformed, from working on ATM interiors to large banks, IT spaces & huge factories, & buildings.
A turnover of few lakhs in 1996 grew to 500 crores in 2018 owing to his constant upgradation of all systems & processes in all ventures through dedication, speed, & complete transparency. Ocean has gradually grown into a family of over 400 staff members & 5000+ workers in the past two decades under the leadership of Mr. S.K. Peter. Over the past decade he has cemented Ocean’s presence in the fields of Civil Construction & Infrastructure Development.
His core strength in delivering projects on time with superior quality, steadily won projects of large magnitudes for Ocean- & it continues to pace forward into great success.
